The story revolves around two different classes of people considered to have supernatural powers and others were Hematoi who were as a result of union between pure- bloods- have godlike powers and the mortals. At this level is where her writing career started to shape. In class she hated algebra such that she used to write short stories during algebra classes and as a result performed dismally poor in math’s grade.
